About SAGO HOUSE MEDIA
Sago House Media is a husband-and-wife photography and media team based on Florida’s Emerald Coast, serving 30A and the surrounding areas.
We’re Jess and Jake, and Sago House came from combining two things we already loved.
Jess is a photographer with an eye for light, composition, and the little details that can completely change an image. Jake comes from a background in carpentry and has always had an appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and a really well-built home.
Sago House is where those two things meet.
We created it because there are some truly incredible homes along 30A, and we wanted to approach the way they’re captured with the same level of intention that went into creating them.
Of course, that means showing a home beautifully and accurately, but it also means noticing the things that make it special. The millwork. The materials. The way the light comes through a room. The outdoor spaces. The details someone spent months choosing that could easily be overlooked.
Whether we’re working with an agent preparing a home for market, a builder finishing a project, or a designer documenting their work, we want to create imagery that feels polished, intentional, and true to the property.
We live here, we love the architecture and character of this part of Florida, and we’re excited to bring our two perspectives together through Sago House.

Co-FounderPhotographer, mom, and the one who will probably notice the pretty light before anything else. Jess loves the little things, old homes with character, a good cup of coffee, and just about any excuse to be near the water. She’s the creative eye behind Sago House and is happiest making something beautiful out of what’s already there.
Co-FounderJAKE
South Florida born and raised, former carpenter, and the kind of person who can walk into a house and immediately start noticing how it was built. Jake loves old Florida, fishing, being outside, and anything that gives him an excuse to work with his hands. He brings an appreciation for craftsmanship and architecture to Sago House, along with the video and aerial side of what we create.
WHAT WE DO
We create photography and video for real estate, builders, designers, vacation properties, and other spaces worth showing well. From listing photography to full photo and film coverage, each project is approached with the property itself in mind.

Based on Florida’s Emerald Coast, Sago House Media serves 30A, Panama City Beach, Destin, and surrounding areas, including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, and more.
Select projects outside of the Emerald Coast are always welcome.
